Job TitleA DevOps Engineer is required to lead and develop a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevSecOps Strategy & LeadershipEnterprise CI/CD Platform ArchitectureStandards & Best Practices Automation & Infrastructure Excellence Security Integration & Shift-LeftSite Reliability Engineering (SRE)Team Leadership & MentorshipTool Evaluation & Vendor ManagementCompliance & GovernanceCollaboration & Stakeholder ManagementRequired Skills & QualificationsDevOps Leadership: Expertise in building high-performing teams, mentoring engineers, fostering growth and learning, and creating inclusive environments.Advanced CI/CD: Enterprise-scale pipeline architecture, multi-environment deployment strategies, GitOps practices (ArgoCD, Flux), pipeline security, and deployment automation patterns (blue/green, canary, progressive delivery).Infrastructure & Cloud: Advanced Infrastructure as Code patterns (Terraform modules, state management, policy validation), multi-cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP), Kubernetes at scale (cluster architecture, operators, service mesh, multi-tenancy), and hybrid cloud connectivity.Security & Compliance: DevSecOps and shift-left practices, security automation (SAST, DAST, SCA), compliance as code (OPA, Kyverno), secrets management, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance frameworks.Tools & Technologies: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Azure services, monitoring platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor), and security scanning tools.Key Competencies: Strategic leadership, technical excellence, team development, operational excellence, and collaboration.Required CertificationsMicrosoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400), Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305). Valuable additions: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS), HashiCorp Certified Terraform - Professional, CISSP (for security focus).
