Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with organization's mission
and goals.
● Identify and evaluate potential private sector partners, including market players, solution
providers, and financial institutions.
● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring ongoing
collaboration and mutual benefit.
● Oversee the execution of partnership agreements, coordinating with internal teams to ensure
successful implementation.
● Track and report on the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations
for improvement.
● The lead will also be responsible for linking at least 20 DATs with the PEs and establishing finance
and market partnerships for 50 PEs.

Qualifications and Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Master’s
degree preferred.
● Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a
related role, with a proven track record of success.
● Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinking and
problem-solving abilities.
