Findoc is an NBFC focused on unsecured and secured lending with focus on digital PL, Healthcare segment, consumer durables, term loans . We seek an experienced Strategic Alliance and business development Lead to own the balance sheet.


*Job Summary:*


Develop and execute strategic alliances and business development to drive business growth, expand market reach, and enhance our product offerings.


*Key Responsibilities:*


1. Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with fintech companies, banks, digital DSAsand other financial institutions.

2. Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with business objectives.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.

4. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, SLAs, and contracts.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, operations, risk, and technology) to integrate partnerships.

6. Analyze partnership performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies.

7. Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies.

8. Develop and manage partnership budgets, forecasts, and ROI analysis.


*Requirements:*


1. 8+ years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, or partnerships.

2. Proven track record of successful partnerships in financial services or related industries.

3. Strong network and connections in the fintech and financial services ecosystem.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

5. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

6. MBA or equivalent from a reputable institution.


*Desirable Skills:*


1. Experience in NBFC or banking sector.

2. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.


4. Certification in partnership management or business development.
