Job Summary:
The NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) Expert is responsible for providing strategic guidance, analysis, and operational support to ensure the effective management and growth from the Support of NBFC. This role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, and developing strategies to enhance the company's financial performance and market presence.
Property Fundraising is the main motive for this role
Key Responsibilities:
- **Strategic Planning and Execution**:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth and profitability.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and other regulatory bodies.
- Keep abreast of changes in regulatory policies and update internal policies accordingly.
- **Risk Management**:
- Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with NBFC operations.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and policies.
- **Financial Management**:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure the accuracy of financial reports.
- **Operational Efficiency**:
- Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement best practices in loan origination, credit appraisal, and collection processes.
- **Product Development**:
- Design and develop new financial products and services to meet customer needs.
- Evaluate and improve existing products to ensure competitive advantage.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- **Stakeholder Management**:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and regulatory bodies.
- Represent the company at industry forums and events.
- **Technology Integration**:
- Leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Stay updated with fintech innovations and integrate relevant technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. MBA or CA preferred.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a significant portion in NBFCs or similar institutions.
- Proven track record in financial management, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of NBFC regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using financial software and technology platforms.
