>>Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess strong domain knowledge, understanding of business processes and possible risks with respect to ESG material topics like regulatory compliance like CPCB, MoEF, IFC performance standards, Factories and Labor regulations.
  • Have strong understanding of reporting standards such as UN-BHR, BRSR, GRI, TCFD, SASB, UNPRI, GIIL etc.
  • Knowledge about ESG regulations in India and global markets
  • Have worked across industries (Pharma, Chemicals, Electronics and other manufacturing sectors, IT and IT enabled services), Infrastructure & Real Estate, Private Equity, Venture Funds, NBFC, Services (Health care etc)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possess strong data analytics skills and knowledge of advanced data analytical tools will be an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (presentation skills) in English
  • Understanding of IT systems, Knowledge of MS office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc)
  • Willingness to travel within India or abroad for continuous long periods of time


>>Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in human rights and labor rights.
  • In-depth knowledge of ESG issues and solutions.
  • Experience in reporting standards.
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


>>Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate in Environmental Sciences / Sustainability Management + Graduation in Engineering (Mech. / Elec. / Civil / Electronics)
