We are hiring a Social Media Manager with 3+ years of relevant work experience and a creative mindset, preferably from a creative agency background having good knowledge and hands-on experience of managing B2B product marketing and communication on social media – META, YouTube, . The candidate will be responsible for plan and execution of social media communications strategies, ORM, and Community Management and build brand and product awareness.

The position is based out of our corporate headquarters at Gurugram, Haryana.


Job Role & Responsibilities:


  • Strategize and manage paid campaigns across Social Media Handles – Meta, and YouTube
  • Execute Social Media strategies Product and Brand communication strategies, crafting a roadmap with achievable leads, and community growth on Social Media Platforms like META, , YouTube.
  • Plan and build month-on-month Social Media campaign content calendar.
  • Finetune the narrative and positioning of the product and Brand communication on Social Media to align with business goals
  • Build smart and inventive social media posts that resonate with our Target audience and drive website traffic.
  • Collaborate with writers, marketers, and stakeholders to maintain a strong digital presence.
  • Strategize and manage paid campaigns across Social Media Handles – Meta, and YouTube
  • Generate and analyze weekly and monthly reports, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identify and measure meaningful KPI’s
  • Craft strategies for ORM on Social Media for the Brand and create community growth.
  • Strong competition and industry trends research and implementations


Experience & Skills:


  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in managing B2B Social Media Optimizing and Brand’s social media marketing initiatives.
  • Candidates with an Engineering background/MBA/BBA will be preferred
  • Proven hands-on experience in Social Media, Content development, and Paid Campaigns.
  • A good understanding of creative design will be required.
  • Proficiency in , META (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube
  • Good experience in developing and managing the content.
  • Profound knowledge of B2B niche domain approach and sales stages


Educational Qualification


  • The Candidate must have an MBA in Marketing/BBA with an Engineering background or other relevant degree in Digital marketing from a reputed organization
