Position Overview:

The CSR Manager will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of Saatvik’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs and initiatives. This role requires a proactive, innovative, and results-driven individual with a strong commitment to social and environmental responsibility. The CSR Manager will collaborate with various internal teams, external stakeholders, and community organizations to ensure alignment with the company's values and business objectives while enhancing the company's reputation as a socially responsible entity.

Key Job Responsibilities:

· Program Development & Strategy

· Defining & Developing the company's CSR Objectives

· Project Management

· Sustainability Initiatives

· Reporting & Compliance


Ø Creating a conducive environment for smooth running of the Company's business.

Ø Administer and manage the affairs of CSR vertical and work towards strengthening the capacity of individuals or groups across all units in the organization's, CSR division.

Ø Defining and developing strategies which underpin the company's CSR objectives.

Ø Build relationships with partner organisations, and then implement and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives, which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities.

Ø Develop ideas, policies and create detailed plans for innovative and robust CSR interventions.

Ø To Visualize social challenges and opportunities and transform them into corporate strategies and CSR initiatives, if possible incorporating them into the value chain.

Ø Act as an internal and external representative for the company's CSR policies and projects.

Ø Review and monitor human resource deployment of CSR units across the location.

Ø The willingness to manage high-impact, challenging projects, with necessary project management abilities. A keen eye for identifying internal opportunities and understanding of evolving market practices.


Location: Gurgaon, India


Candidate Preference: 8-10 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, public relations, or community relations. Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.
