Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Senior Accountant at Ricans Solar Energy Limited located in Gurugram. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, GST and TDS returns , preparing financial statements, tracking expenses, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations . They will also collaborate with other teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Expected Salary
We are providing CTC between 3.5 LPA to 5.5 LPA. Also, this is negotiable based on your performance and interview.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
- Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and other financial compliance requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to maintain financial stability.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
- Have hands on Tally for day-to-day accounting operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial management and accounting software
- minimum 5 years experience .
- preferred resident of Gurgaon .
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
