Who We Are Looking For:
Lawyerix is seeking a Lead Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for managing the recruitment and secondment process, creating and maintaining a candidate pipeline, and ensuring the success of client mandates for recruitment and secondment services. The recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and building long-term relationships with legal professionals.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in law or MBA in Human Resource
- With a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on legal recruiting.
What you are good at?
- Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with social media tools and platforms.
- Experience with recruitment tech platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently (self-motivated) and as part of team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client mandates.
What You Will Do:
Sourcing and Screening:
- Create job descriptions and post job openings for client mandates (recruitment and secondment).
- Implement various sourcing methods.
- Screen and qualify candidates to assess fit for open positions.
Candidate Pipeline Management :
- Oversee and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of candidates and communications in the candidate tracking system.
- Expand the candidate pool and maintain a talent pool of candidates that may be a future match for open positions.
Process Improvement & Branding:
- Continuously recommend ways to improve Lawyerix’s processes and client experience.
- Enhance Lawyerix’s brand within the legal community through networking and outreach efforts.
- Participating in job fairs and career events.
