Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a keen understanding of threat landscapes, and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.Key Responsibilities:Security Architecture & ImplementationDevelop and deploy comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, incorporating technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and SIEM tools to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.Implement secure system configurations and hardening guidelines to mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities.Threat Detection & Incident ResponseMonitor and analyze security alerts and logs to identify suspicious activities and detect emerging threats.Leverage expertise to investigate security incidents, lead response efforts, and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime and data loss.Vulnerability ManagementConduct regular vulnerability scans and penetration tests to identify areas for improvement and prioritize remediation efforts.Collaborate with IT/engineering teams to remediate vulnerabilities and maintain an up-to-date risk register.Policy, Compliance & GovernanceDevelop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards that align with regulatory frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).Promote security awareness among employees through targeted training programs and workshops.Identity & Access ManagementManage IAM tools and enforce least-privilege access controls to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.Oversight MFA, SSO, and privileged access management solutions to ensure seamless authentication and authorization processes.Collaboration & DocumentationFoster strong relationships with IT, DevOps, and engineering teams to maintain secure environments and promote cross-functional collaboration.Prepare detailed security reports, incident summaries, and audit documentation to facilitate informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
