Completing services as per PPM & facility Upkeep Calendar Ensuring END to End services under facility management Skillset requireda. Strong knowledge of property operationsb. The candidate must also demonstrate a good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.c. Solid background in team management.d. To ensure the smooth functioning of the Facility Operations.e. To work within approved budgets.Experience (Years) requiredMinimum 8-10 years of relevant experience QualificationB.Tech (Mechanical,Electrical or Electronics) or Diploma in engineering with 10-12 years of experience
