Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Strategy:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to meet monthly targets for lead volume and conversions.
- Continuously analyze current lead generation efforts and optimize campaigns to enhance performance and ROI.
- Drive high-quality lead generation through a blend of organic social media efforts and paid campaigns.
Social Media Expertise:
- Manage and grow organic reach across social media platforms, focusing on TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and emerging platforms.
- Create engaging, high-converting content tailored to the unique audience of each platform.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices for social media marketing and incorporate them into strategies.
Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan, launch, and oversee Google Ads campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and meeting lead generation goals.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok, adhering to monthly budget parameters of 4-5k SGD.
- Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize lead quality and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA).
Performance Analysis:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), including lead volume, conversion rates, and ad performance.
- Implement strategies to improve the lead-to-sale conversion rate, aiming to increase it from over 25% to at least 50%.
- Ensure campaigns consistently generate 150+ high-quality leads per month.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, creative, content) to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on campaign performance data to improve results.
- Regularly update stakeholders on campaign performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation and social media marketing with a focus on performance-driven results.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and TikTok advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of improving conversion rates and lowering cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Creative content creation skills, with experience crafting platform-specific content that resonates with target audiences.
- Solid experience in budget management, particularly in the context of paid advertising and ROI maximization.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with a knack for cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the immigration or professional services industry.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media analytics platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques for digital marketing campaigns.
