Job Title: MAS OS Support - Intune

Location: Bangalore, Chennai

Job Type: Hybrid (WFO 3 Days a week)

Notice: 30-45 days

Exp: 5+ Years

Note: This position will be on a payroll at Progton Software Private Limited, Bangalore, through HCL.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Enterprise Mac support experience.

• Extensive Intune experience Managing MAC OS including Integration with Azure , Composer and other MAC applications.

• Extensive knowledge of the MacOS file system.

• Demonstrated ability to develop customized solutions to meet business requirements

• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet project deadlines

• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions

• Strong customer service focus

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadline


QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.

• 6-12 years' experience in Information Technology.

• Day-to-day production support of the Jamf Pro environment supporting multiple IT business units.

• Extensive experience on macOS and iOS devices.

• Security software management and deployment via customized policies.

• Management and implementation of Apple Business Manager (DEP/VPP).

• Smart groups with custom queries and Static groups.

• Knowledge of Intune and On-Prem management.

• Usage and implementation of Extension Attributes.

• Automation via scripting will be a plus.

• Knowledge of VPN apps management and deployment via customized policies and injected server details.

• Management of macOS upgrades and provisioning.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills for issues related to macOS and applications.

• Drive Problem Management with focus on RCA and proactive problem management.

• Experience with the installation and configuration of security tools on macOS.

• Advanced understanding of Configuration profiles, like PPPC, custom profiles of security apps, enterprise Wi-Fi etc. • Knowledge of macOS AD binding.

• Implementation of Conditional Access policies via macOS integration.

• Meeting SLAs for trouble tickets and other customer related issues.

• Understanding of deployment/patching phases.

• Implement and maintain processes around the Systems architecture.

• Have hands & depth experience with Intune & macOS.

• Have experience on macOS & App packaging & Re-Packaging and Testing skills.

• Implement and maintain processes around the Systems architecture.

• Have hands & depth experience with Intune & macOS.

• OS Upgradation & it’s patching, Application Configuration, Extension Attributes, Inventory, Securities (CIS) Enhancement.

• Support Operations in resolving escalated issues and have RCA, SOP Documentations & KB articles.

• Manage macOS Desktop environment & Migration.

• Should have knowledge of Smart & Static Group, Extension Attributes, PreStage Enrollment & Scripting knowledge. • macOS App Packaging & its deployment.

• Application configuration & settings and its deployment.

• Should have knowledge of macOS Architecture & it’s Logs understanding
