About Us:
New Kamath Tobacco Company Pvt Ltd is an expanding e-commerce brand focused on building a strong Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) presence. Our aim is to provide exceptional products while fostering meaningful connections with our customers. We are looking for a proactive and driven E-commerce Specialist to help grow our brand and enhance our online operations.
Role Overview:
The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's e-commerce sales operations, logistics, and customer communications. This role involves collaborating with various teams to implement strategies that increase customer engagement, streamline operations, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance e-commerce operations, ensuring efficient order processing, fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Work with the marketing team to propose and execute engagement initiatives aimed at boosting website traffic and increasing conversions.
- Track key e-commerce metrics such as sales performance, conversion rates, and customer retention; provide actionable insights to drive improvements.
- Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to inform promotional strategies, product pricing, and inventory management.
- Implement promotional campaigns, offers, and sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new tools or strategies to keep the brand competitive.
- Oversee product listings, pricing updates, and content management across e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on business goals and e-commerce initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce management, sales, customer service, or logistics operations.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, with a strong understanding of online sales tactics.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in D2C brand development is a plus.
