Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for a Senior Executive - Social Media (B2B) to enrich our social media operations team. This pivotal role, located at Bengaluru, is dedicated to crafting compelling social media content for our B2B clients, managing client social media profiles with precision, and harnessing analytics to steer our strategy. You'll be instrumental in keeping Quadigy at the cutting edge of social media trends, engaging our B2B audience, and safeguarding our brand's online presence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Content Creation: Craft engaging, original content for platforms, primarily LinkedIn, supported by Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for our corporate/B2B products & professional services clients.
  • Strategic Social Media Management: Oversee and enhance our clients’ social media presence, ensuring brand consistency and timely execution across LinkedIn (primary platform) and other social media platforms.
  • Analytics Mastery: Analyze performance metrics, crafting detailed reports to track progress and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Trend Insight: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, applying insights to boost our social media strategies.
  • Audience Engagement: Conduct target audience research to fine-tune content and strategies, maximizing engagement and reach.
  • Content Calendar Oversight: Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar, under the guidance of our Social Media Managers and Delivery Heads, ensuring smooth, consistent content delivery across all channels.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent Quadigy's brand on social media, embodying our values and engaging with our community authentically.
  • Crisis Management: Proactively monitor for potential social media crises, responding swiftly and tactfully to mitigate any negative impact.
  • Precision Posting: Schedule and post content across various channels in line with our/client guidelines and timelines.

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in social media management, with a portfolio demonstrating successful content creation and brand engagement; especially for B2B organizations.
  • Analytical Thinker: Ability to interpret social media metrics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Trend-Savvy: Up-to-date with social media trends, with a knack for applying these insights to improve strategy.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Experience working closely with content, design, and marketing teams to produce cohesive social media campaigns.
  • Crisis Navigator: Skilled in identifying and addressing potential social media issues before they escalate.
