US Accounting Expert for Global Operations

Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in US GAAP to oversee end-to-end accounting operations for our global clients/entities. This role involves managing monthly/quarterly/annual closing under US GAAP, leading and supervising a team of accountants, and reviewing financial statements.A high level of autonomy is required to work closely with senior stakeholders across geographies, leveraging expertise in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting to drive business growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent) with at least 8 years of overall experience in accounting and finance, including hands-on experience in US Accounting (minimum 3+ years). Candidates with M.Com or MBA (Finance) may also be considered.Key Responsibilities:Manage the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsOversee the implementation of new accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with US GAAPDevelop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management and department headsBenefits include competitive salary based on experience, remote working options, and opportunities for professional development and long-term career growth.
