Are you ready to lead a team of professionals in optimizing financial processes?We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team and take on the role of Global Process Lead.This is a critical position where you will be responsible for standardizing, simplifying, and automating transactional activities across the organization.In this role, you will oversee service delivery across towers/units from the shared service provider for transactional services.As a key member of our team, you will ensure compliance with global procedures and operating methodologies in the transactional area.You will have end-to-end procure-to-pay knowledge with hands-on SAP experience at the transactional level.Your understanding of vendor management systems and vendors will enable you to focus on improvement in vendor-related metrics.Key responsibilities include reviewing and revising global standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with improved processes.Furthermore, you will ensure consistent levels of service delivery by the service provider.Requirements:We are looking for a qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in P2P or a semi-qualified accountant with a minimum of 8 years of accounting and finance experience.You should have strong leadership skills, exposure to working with senior finance teams.Prior experience with SAP finance modules and advanced MS Excel is required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.Proficiency in English is required.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to our success.
