Job Title: HR Executive Location: Sushma Infinium, Zirakpur Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday, 2nd and 4th Saturday Off) Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support a wide range of human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll assistance, and compliance with labor laws.  Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Manage attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll processing. Support the performance management process including goal setting and appraisals. Handle employee queries and provide support for HR-related issues. Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication. Assist in policy creation and implementation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in an HR role preferred. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
