Technical Support Engineer

Are you an expert in resolving technical issues and collaborating with teams?We are seeking a skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our team.As a Tech Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch technical support to internal and external users, including customer service teams and clients. You will work closely with Client Success to identify and resolve software technical issues and collaborate with Engineering to debug and troubleshoot problems.You will also be responsible for communicating feedback and inputs to the development team and assisting the QA lead with QA activities. Additionally, you will need to troubleshoot technical issues with minimal support from the Development Team and speak to internal and external customers to quickly identify issues.Another key aspect of this role is to propose workarounds when fixes will take time and provide timely and accurate customer feedback. You will also need to follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and support new application roll-outs. Finally, you will be responsible for providing procedural documentation and managing multiple cases at once.To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
