Job Title: Senior Financial ProfessionalAbout the Role:The Finance Manager position involves overseeing and managing various financial operations. These include accounting, taxation, payment management, reporting, auditing, and process improvement.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting tasks such as purchase, sales, bank, journal, and provision entries.Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.Prepare and review provisional financial statements and coordinate for finalization with auditors.Monitor budget vs. actuals, prepare periodic budget forecasts, and analyze variances.Taxation and Compliance:Handle GST-related tasks including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual return filing, e-invoice generation, and e-way bill preparation.Manage TDS deduction, payment, and filing of e-TDS returns within due dates.Ensure timely remittance and compliance for PF, ESI, PT, and LWF.Payment and Receivable Management:Review and authorize vendor invoices, ensuring accurate booking and timely payments.Follow up with customers for outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection.Oversee bank reconciliations, fund transfers, and daily cash flow management.Reporting and Analysis:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.Track and report on key financial metrics, supporting strategic decision-making.Audit and Compliance Support:Coordinate with auditors for tax audit, statutory audit, and annual return filings.Provide necessary data and documentation during audits.Systems and Process Improvement:Implement and monitor internal financial controls and accounting procedures.Work on improving automation and efficiency in accounting and reporting processes.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / Accounting Software.Expertise in GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, LWF and statutory filings.Good understanding of banking operations, fund management, and reconciliation.Excellent communication and coordination skills with auditors, vendors, and internal teams.Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy.
