If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work on high-profile projects, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Design high-performance mechanical systems for residential developments.Specify heating, ventilation, and domestic hot-water solutions to maximise energy efficiency, comfort, and safety.Work closely with architects, developers, and contractors to ensure designs are buildable, commercially viable, and aligned with project budgets and timelines.Integrate passive design strategies, renewable heat sources, and advanced control systems to deliver energy-efficient and future-proof solutions.Participate in design reviews, contribute to installation guidance, and provide on-site or remote support during commissioning to ensure systems perform as intended.Requirements:B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in mechanical services design for residential or mixed-use developments, with a track record of delivering high-performance projects.Deep knowledge of heating and domestic hot water systems, including heat pumps, low-temperature networks, thermal storage, and advanced control strategies.Proficiency in thermal modelling, load calculations, and relevant software (e.g., IES VE, TAS, EnergyPlus, Revit, AutoCAD).Benefits:Fully remote role.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
