Real-Time Communications DeveloperWe are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to contribute to the development of scalable, high-reliability back-end services that power real-time communications analytics and automation.The ideal candidate will design and implement APIs, process large datasets in real-time, and integrate with voice/telephony and cloud services to deliver low-latency experiences.Design and ship backend APIs (Django/DRF), background/async jobs (Celery/RQ), and secure integrations with external services.Bulk up data pipelines for call metrics; manage observability, tracing, and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).Troubleshoot SIP/VoIP issues using packet captures and logs; automate analysis wherever possible.Deploy workloads with Docker, participate in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes, and collaborate on cloud deployment (Azure/AWS).Apply distributed-systems patterns for scalability and fault tolerance.Maintain database models in PostgreSQL and MongoDB; optimize queries and maintain data integrity.(Desirable) Develop AI/ML features for analytics and anomaly detection.About This RoleThis is a critical position within our team, and the right candidate will play a key role in shaping our technology stack and contributing to the success of our business.What You'll NeedSignificant experience with Python and Django/DRF;Expertise in building scalable, high-performance systems;Familiarity with containerization (Docker), CI/CD, and cloud deployment (Azure/AWS);Strong understanding of database concepts and query optimization;Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
