This role sits at the heart of our delivery network — ensuring flawless daily execution across routes, orders, dispatch, and reporting.You’ll manage the day-to-day logistics for multiple cities, balancing precision with speed. From auditing orders and assigning routes to troubleshooting delivery issues in real time, you’ll play a key role in making sure every meal reaches our customers smoothly and on time.This position requires someone who is organized, analytical, and thrives under pressure — a true self-starter who takes ownership and keeps things running even when plans change.What You’ll Do: Order & Route ManagementReview, filter, and audit daily orders to ensure accuracy before dispatch.Generate and adjust delivery routes based on driver availability, location, and delivery windows.Coordinate preplanned assignments and ensure every order has a confirmed driver or BA (brand ambassador).Maintain clear documentation and flag discrepancies in real time.Dispatch & Live OperationsOversee live routes and delivery flow, tracking pickups, drop-offs, and driver performance.Reassign drivers or routes as needed to maintain coverage and on-time delivery.Monitor photos, timestamps, and compliance with company standards (e.g., hot bags, dress code).Adjust pay or status when required, following company policies.Quality Control & CommunicationCollaborate with the Driver Recruiting, Account Management, and Restaurant teams to resolve operational issues quickly.Communicate proactively with team leads about any risks or recurring problems.Use strong judgment to make fast, data-driven decisions during high-volume times.Reporting & Continuous ImprovementComplete daily end-of-day (EOD) reports, including key metrics on delivery accuracy and performance.Track KPIs such as on-time rate, incident response, and route efficiency.Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to leadership.Who You Are: Experienced: 2–4 years in logistics, operations, dispatch, or last-mile delivery (preferably in a fast-paced or tech-enabled company).Analytical & Organized: You notice details others miss and thrive in process-driven work.Self-Starter: You don’t wait to be told what to do — you anticipate needs, take initiative, and get things done.Calm Under Pressure: You can manage multiple moving pieces, adapt quickly, and keep a cool head when things get busy.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and comfortable navigating multiple web tools or CRMs.Strong Communicator: You’re clear, professional, and collaborative with teammates and cross-functional teams.Flexible: Willing to work evenings or weekends when operations require coverage.Why Join Us: Work with a high-energy, mission-driven team that values speed, ownership, and accountability.Remote-first culture with flexibility and autonomy.Opportunity to grow and take on leadership responsibilities as the company scales.Be part of a startup backed by world-class investors, transforming an industry that touches people every day.
