To provide high-level administrative and technical support to leadership, ensuring smooth operations and enabling executives to focus on strategic priorities Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for HR executives. Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses. Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper), ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Travel & Communication Make domestic and international travel arrangements for HR leaders and teams. Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of HR executives. Organize and prepare agendas and logistics for meetings and events. Project & Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders. Track budgets, vendor contracts, and support procurement processes. Support cross-functional initiatives and ensure deadlines are met. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, HR, Communications, or related field). High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 8 Year + years of experience as an Executive Assistant. Experience supporting C-level executives is highly desirable. Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle) and tools like Concur.
