Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Support Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Product Support Engineer will be responsible for providing product support, customer support, and technical support to clients. This includes troubleshooting issues, analyzing problems, and resolving technical challenges. The engineer will work closely with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and effective problem resolution. Qualifications Experience in Product Support and Customer Support Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Excellent Analytical Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru 2+ years of experience in a similar role Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
