Candidate should be strong in ITSM process and hands-on with automation scripting.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2/L3 production support for mission-critical systems.Manage incidents, problems, and changes aligned with ITSM processes.Drive automation to improve operational efficiency.Collaborate with developers and cloud engineers for root-cause analysis and performance optimization.Required Technical SkillsLanguages & Tools: Java, Python, Go, Shell scriptingDatabases: PostgreSQL, Couchbase, OracleDevOps & Monitoring: Kubernetes, OpenShift, CI/CD, Splunk, ELK stackCloud: Cloud networking, automation & deploymentOthers: REST Web Services, Vert.x, ServiceNowIdeal Candidate4–9 years of SRE / Production Support experienceStrong in ITSM, automation, and cloud technologiesExcellent troubleshooting and collaboration skillsOpen to working in rotational shifts (excluding night shifts)
