Job Description:

- Engage with Channel Partners to source clients Meeting and Activating CPs around the project site and MMR region not restricted to Bandra. Includes Khar, Santacruz, BKC, SoBo, Western and Central area CPs
- Giving all the possible support to the CPs in terms of caller support, AOPs, Brokerage schemes etc.
- Updating days work in CRM system along with CPs and client attended feedback
- Need to have an existing network of top ICPs and IPCs in the market - top notch requirement
- Create Market Intelligence on Price, Amenities, Designs, Sales & Marketing strategies.
- Come out with Innovative/differentiating Marketing & Sales strategies.
- Suggest innovative pricing Schemes. Negotiate CP margins
- Provide inputs to the SIC.
- Should have worked on Salesforce
- Collaborating with Closing Manager for the clients sourced via CP or Direct leads, Explaining the product, pricing, timelines, payment schedule to the clients
- Giving market feedback to the reporting manager, also to present the facts in the review conducted by the reporting manager
