About UsWe are revolutionizing food delivery by eliminating commissions and empowering local vendors.Customers can order their favorite meals seamlessly through various channels, connecting directly with eateries.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with a strong background in building production-grade conversational AI agents.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of AI agent development—from prompt and model orchestration to low-latency, real-time voice and text interactions.Key ResponsibilitiesConversational AI Design: Design, build, and maintain conversational AI agents for real-world use cases (chat and voice).Backend Services Development: Develop backend AI services using Python, including agent logic, orchestration, and integrations.Frontend Interface Development: Build and integrate frontend interfaces using Next.js for conversational experiences.NLP Pipelines Management: Implement and manage TTS (Text-to-Speech) and STT (Speech-to-Text) pipelines.LLM Integration: Design and implement function calls, tool calls, and agent workflows with Large Language Models.System Optimization: Optimize systems for performance, latency, and scalability, especially in real-time conversations.Model Selection: Work with GenAI models (LLMs and SLMs), selecting the right model for cost, latency, and accuracy.Collaboration: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ship production-ready AI features.Quality Assurance: Debug, monitor, and improve conversational quality and system reliability in live environments.
