Design and optimize embedding models, vector stores and similarity search systems.Develop machine learning components for conversational search:Multi-turn context handling: Build robust models that can handle long conversations.Query intent detection and classification: Identify user intent and provide relevant responses.Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines: Combine text retrieval and text generation to create engaging content.Reasoning workflows (ReAct, static + dynamic agent flows): Create complex workflows to handle user queries.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild personalized ranking and recommendation models using deep learning techniques.Work on large-scale machine learning systems optimized for low latency, high throughput and cost-efficient inference.Implement machine learning pipeline best practices, including versioning, monitoring, A/B testing and observability.Collaborate with platform teams to integrate machine learning services across search, recommendations and conversational agents.Develop caching strategies to hit strict service level agreement targets.BenefitsYou will have the opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project that combines AI and human creativity.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:A strong background in machine learning and deep learning.Experience working with large datasets and complex systems.Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python or Java.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
