Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
SEO & AI Optimization Specialist

who can lead our organic growth initiatives using both traditional SEO best practices and modern AI-driven optimization techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with SEO tools, and a deep understanding of how AI is transforming search and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
  • Optimize website architecture, internal linking, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile performance.
  • Monitor ranking performance, organic traffic, and ROI across multiple projects.

AI-Driven Optimization

  • Leverage AI tools for keyword discovery, content optimization, predictive analytics, and SERP trend analysis.
  • Implement AI-powered content strategies aligned with search intent.
  • Use machine learning insights to improve CTR, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with AI search trends (SGE, ChatGPT search behavior, voice search, etc.).

Content & Performance Optimization

  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices.
  • Optimize blogs, landing pages, product pages, and website copy for search and conversions.
  • Improve E-E-A-T signals and topical authority.

Link Building & Digital PR

  • Develop ethical white-hat link-building strategies.
  • Execute outreach, guest posting, and digital PR campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report key SEO KPIs using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and AI analytics platforms.
  • Provide clear insights, dashboards, and monthly performance reports for internal teams and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in SEO.
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Working knowledge of AI SEO tools (ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Jasper, MarketMuse, Frase, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and search intent.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms
