Job Title: SEO & Google Ads Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Google Ads Specialist to enhance our online visibility and lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both organic (SEO) and paid (Google Ads) campaigns, with a strong understanding of analytics, performance tracking, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website authority.

Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.

Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and content for better SEO performance.

Plan and manage link-building and outreach campaigns for quality backlinks.

Conduct technical SEO audits to fix crawl errors, indexing issues, and site performance gaps.

Collaborate with content writers to ensure all content follows SEO best practices.

Monitor rankings and traffic using Google Search Console, Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).

Google Ads (PPC):

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.

Perform keyword bidding, ad copy testing, and A/B experiments to maximize ROI.

Monitor performance, adjust budgets, and optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions.

Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Ensure all campaigns comply with Google Ads policies and quality standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in SEO and Google Ads management.

Proven success in increasing organic visibility and delivering measurable ad performance.

Proficiency with Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and keyword tools.

Knowledge of technical SEO, schema markup, and page speed optimization.

Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Good communication, organization, and reporting skills.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Ads & Analytics certifications.

Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz).

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for on-page optimization.

Exposure to e-commerce SEO and conversion tracking.
