You’ll build strategy, own outcomes, lead a sizeable team, and ensure our clients dominate the digital space.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute a high-impact SEO strategy aligned with business goals.Lead and motivate a sizeable team while managing multiple digital projects simultaneously.Apply the latest search engine optimisation guidelines, technical SEO best practices, on-page/off-page optimisation and content strategies.Monitor, analyse and optimise performance metrics (organic traffic, ranking improvements, conversion) and present regular reports to senior management.Collaborate closely with teams across content, development, design, PPC, and analytics to ensure seamless delivery of digital marketing campaigns.Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation and performance improvement across your team.Take full ownership of project outcomes—ensuring deadlines, quality standards and targets are met or exceeded.What we’re looking forMinimum 5 years of proven experience in SEO project delivery, with demonstrable results in organic growth.Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, technical SEO, content strategy and industry best practices.Strong leadership experience – capable of inspiring a team, managing resources, and driving performance.Ability to manage multiple complex digital marketing initiatives and deliver measurable business results.Hands-on familiarity with SEO tools and platforms such as Google Search Console, GA/GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving mindset and clear communication ability.Team-player attitude, hunger to learn, and a mindset that embraces innovation and collaboration.What we offerBe part of a forward-thinking agency where technology, creativity and digital marketing combine to create meaningful brand impact.Opportunity to lead a major function, make strategic decisions and shape the future of Eflot’s SEO practice.Bengaluru-based full-time role, working with talented professionals in a dynamic environment.Supportive culture that values initiative, learning and growth.If you’re ready to lead SEO, drive real results and join a company committed to digital excellence — we’d love to hear from you.How to applySend your resume, a brief cover note on your SEO achievements and why you believe you’re the right fit to (or apply via LinkedIn)
