At the forefront of innovation, our company seeks a visionary leader to drive strategic partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Orchestrate and manage partner programs in tandem with Microsoft's Alliance.Serve as global lead for administration of Microsoft Partner Center, overseeing access management, commercial marketplace solution management, and lead tracking & referral submissions.Coordinate Microsoft Advanced Specialization processes, including evidence collection, audits, renewals, and timeline management.Maintain seamless communication with Marketing & Sales on lead performance, funnel progression, conversion rates, ACR influence, claims status, incentives attainment, and marketplace KPIs.Enable data-driven decision making through collaborative efforts with reporting/analytics functions to design executive-ready dashboards (e.g., ACR influence/credit, co-sell pipeline status, incentive attainment, claim cycle times, marketplace performance).Develop and maintain internal knowledge assets on program changes, updates, playbooks, and best practices for teams.A successful candidate will possess a profound understanding of Microsoft's partner programs, experience working for a global system integrator (GSI), and proven ability to contribute to operationalizing complex partner program requirements.
