Our clients comprise over 1,000 prestigious institutions, including Harvard, MIT, Yale, and Stanford.We are seeking a results-driven Training & Development Professional to lead the design and delivery of impactful learning programs across our global organization.The ideal candidate will proactively identify business needs and develop targeted training solutions that strengthen employee performance and productivity.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive training programs from conception to delivery, resulting in measurable improvements in performance and productivity.Create engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions, with clear objectives and quantifiable outcomes.Analyze skill gaps and business priorities to design targeted learning interventions that address performance barriers.Implement post-training evaluations and reinforcement micro-learnings to ensure knowledge retention and consistent on-the-job application.Own and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up time, training completion rates, and measurable performance enhancements.Develop and scale career development pathways that accelerate internal mobility and strengthen leadership and functional talent pipelines.Collaborate with business leaders to ensure all learning initiatives are strategically aligned with department goals, driving both capability building and business impact.Requirements:8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.Strong expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies; relevant certification preferred.Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).Demonstrated success in delivering and scaling learning programs that drive measurable skill development and business impact.Ability to comprehend complex information and translate it into clear, effective training content.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?A competitive compensation package.Opportunity to make a direct impact in accelerating science research and education.Chance to collaborate with global teams in an innovative and collaborative environment.Clear path for career advancement within our organization.
