Company Description 

 OpenIntervue is an AI Recruitment Tech Stack. Our AI recruiter, Pihu, conducts end-to-end interviews with human-like intelligence, handling all sectors. In tech/non-tech hiring, Pihu achieves 97.05% accuracy and administers live coding assessments. OpenIntervue automates candidate screening, interview scheduling, and detailed reporting, enhancing efficiency, saving time, and reducing costs. 

 

Role Overview 

 The Sales Intern at OpenIntervue will support the sales team in driving growth by assisting with lead generation, prospect outreach, and pipeline management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn about B2B sales in the tech industry and gain experience in a high-growth SaaS environment. The intern will work on researching potential clients, managing sales data, and supporting overall sales operations. 

 

Location: Bengaluru (BHIVE Premium Whitefield Campus) 

Working Days: Mandatory 6 days working from office 

Stipend: As per market standards

Key Responsibilities 

  • B2B Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through research, outreach, and follow-up activities 
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales data in the CRM system, ensuring lead details, follow-ups, and activities are up to date 
  • Prospect Outreach: Assist in contacting prospective B2B clients via email, calls, and LinkedIn to schedule meetings and demos 
  • Market Research: Conduct research on competition and their customers, potential B2B clients and their hiring needs, and market trends 
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, reports, and sales materials 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and improve the sales process 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree (Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred) 
  • Strong interest in sales and B2B SaaS solutions 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
