As a Sales Intern, you will collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to help develop and execute effective sales strategies, generate leads, conduct customer follow-ups, and manage relationships with potential clients, converting them into long-term customers.. You are a dynamic, confident and self-motivated individual with good communication and analytical skills. You will need your own laptop with a stable internet connection during the internship period. Based on the performance during the internship, Cravea can offer you a permanent profile within the company with an attractive compensation of 4 LPA to 7 LPA based on your profile and experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert them into clients
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new services to the market. .
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Qualifications/Experience :
- A bachelor's degree in sales& marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Experience in sales or marketing. is an advantage
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Should be open to travel within the city for client visits if required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to handle international cross functional projects with clients
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Global mindset and exhibit strong emotional intelligence
