Outreach & Admissions ProfessionalOur organization is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to lead our outreach initiatives, foster strong relationships with pre-schools, and contribute to overall admissions growth.Key Responsibilities:Establish partnerships with pre-schools, day cares, and education centres through regular visits and ongoing referral collaborations.Represent the organization in meetings, presentations, and promotional discussions, showcasing our educational offerings.Build and maintain robust relationships with preschool leadership, counsellors, and coordinators, promoting collaborative growth.Identify new channels and networks that can support admissions growth, enhancing our market presence.Admissions Support:Generate leads through outreach efforts and convert them into school enquiries, driving sales growth.Support the admissions team in follow-ups, conversions, and parent engagement, ensuring seamless communication.Coordinate with the internal team to share updates on leads, visits, and tie-up opportunities, fostering teamwork.Assist during parent visits when required, providing exceptional customer service.Marketing Initiatives:Collaborate with the marketing team to execute on-ground marketing activities such as flyers, standees, and community outreach events, boosting brand awareness.Represent the organization at exhibitions and education fairs, highlighting our unique selling proposition.Coordinate with the marketing team for outreach collateral, brochures, and presentations, ensuring consistent messaging.Reporting and Documentation:Maintain a calendar of outreach visits and submit timely reports, tracking progress.Track tie-ups, lead generation, conversion statistics, and record feedback, providing valuable insights.Maintain an updated database of all preschools and outreach contacts, facilitating effective communication.Additional Responsibilities:Support school-level events that involve parent engagement, fostering a sense of community.Provide market insights and competitor information to the admissions team, informing strategic decisions.Perform any related tasks assigned by the Directors, ensuring flexibility.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.Confident in external meetings and public interaction, with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.Good self-motivation and planning skills, with the ability to set and achieve targets.Professional grooming and behaviour, reflecting positively on the organization.Basic reporting and documentation skills, with attention to detail.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any field (Preferred: Marketing, Communications).Prior experience in school admissions, sales, counselling, or field outreach is an advantage.Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered, with potential for growth and development.
