Job Title: Academic Outreach SpecialistWe are seeking a part-time Academic Outreach Specialist to spearhead our Robotics program in nearby schools within your city. You will serve as the local ambassador for connecting with school authorities and supporting the successful launch and integration of our hands-on STEM programs.Actively reach out to schools to introduce our Robotics and STEM learning initiatives.Organize and coordinate demonstrations, workshops, and interactive sessions for students, teachers, and parents.Facilitate the setup and smooth execution of Robotics labs and classes within partner schools.Support communication and ongoing relationships between us and school management.Track engagement and provide regular feedback on school progress, challenges, and success stories.Participate in training sessions and maintain high standards in representing our brand.Report schedules, participation, and impact data for continuous improvement.Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need:A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Education, STEM, or related fields.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.A passion for STEM/Robotics education; willingness to learn and adapt.Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple schools or events part-time.Prior teaching or school coordination experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.You should be self-motivated, independent, and proactive in local outreach.Language proficiency relevant to the city/schools assigned.
