Academic Mentorship SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Academic Mentorship Specialist to join our team.About the RoleThe Academic Mentorship Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the effective implementation of our academic system, ensuring desired learning outcomes for students. This position involves working closely with teachers and schools to build capacity, promote academic excellence, and drive student success.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement training programs for school leaders, academic coordinators, and teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge.Collaborate with schools to monitor and support the execution of our academic system, providing regular observations and data-driven insights.Analyze student and teacher performance data to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted interventions.Build and maintain strong relationships with school owners, principals, academic coordinators, and teachers to foster a culture of academic excellence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues hindering partner schools' experience with our program.Collect insights from the field and provide actionable feedback to inform the improvement of our academic system.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in academic mentorship, educational leadership, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a dynamic work environment that values collaboration and innovation.
