Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Bengaluru
Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and digital and print media. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with our marketing, product, and content teams to create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and brand assets that communicate the company’s message effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Develop visually engaging graphics, logos, illustrations, and layouts for digital platforms (websites, social media, emails) and print materials (brochures, flyers, posters).
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the brand’s guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to create designs that meet specific project goals.
- Graphic Editing: Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other assets as needed for different campaigns and promotional materials.
- Design Prototypes: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new digital products and user interfaces.
- File Management: Manage and organize design files and assets, ensuring all files are up to date and properly archived.
- Stay Current: Keep up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and software to improve your skills and the quality of your work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.), Sketch, Figma, or other design tools.
- Experience in digital design, print design, branding, and UI/UX design.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
- Familiarity with web design, responsive design, and HTML/CSS is a plus.
