Position: Sales Lead - Vision AI SolutionLocation: India (Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bengaluru, or regional hubs)Industry: Computer Vision / Artificial Intelligence Role OverviewBuild and manage high-quality pipeline for customers around India through direct prospecting, SI/channel partners, and OEM alliances.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Generation: Drive enterprise and government sales across assigned territoriesPipeline Management: Build and maintain robust sales pipeline via multiple channelsFull Sales Cycle: Lead discovery, solutioning, RFP/RFQ/tender response (GeM/CPP), negotiation, and closurePartner Ecosystem: Manage relationships with System Integrators (SIs), distributors, and OEM partnersPilot Execution: Orchestrate POCs with product/engineering teams, defining success criteria and ROI casesTerritory Planning: Develop and execute strategic territory plans with accurate CRM forecastingStakeholder Management: Maintain key relationships with government offices, PSUs, and enterprise CXOsTeam Leadership: Hire and mentor 1-5 Account Executives/Business Development reps as growth warrantsRequired QualificationsExperience: 3-9 years of B2B enterprise sales, with 2-4 years in CCTV/VMS/video analytics or AI/SaaS solutionsProven Track Record: Demonstrated wins in government/PSU and enterprise dealsTechnical Knowledge: Working understanding of computer vision concepts (VMS, edge/cloud analytics, RTSP/ONVIF)Partner Management: Strong SI and distributor relationship management skillsDeal Execution: Expertise in complex deal execution and executive storytellingTools Proficiency: Salesforce/Zoho CRM, Excel/Sheets, proposal/BoQ/SOW developmentEducation: Bachelor's in Engineering/Business (MBA preferred)Travel: 30-50%+ within assigned territoryPreferred Vertical ExperienceSmart/Safe City projects and ITMSRetail/QSR analyticsManufacturing EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)Logistics/Fleet management (ADAS/DMS)Rail/Ports securityIndia DefenseTarget MetricsQuarterly pipeline creation and conversion ratesWin rates and deal cycle time optimizationPilot-to-deal conversion ratesARR and new logo targets by region
