We are committed to providing the best services to our clients and building long-term relationships with them.Role and ResponsibilitiesMeet existing and new customers (Enterprise & SMB) daily and identify their requirements.Progress on the identified requirements technically and commercially.Maintain good relationships with customers to understand their concerns and address them.Send renewal notifications to customers periodically and follow up.Work on weekly/monthly targets and ensure adherence to short- and long-term growth goals.Be responsible and accountable for revenues, margins, and collections.Comply with MIS reporting.Own the opportunities through successful POC until submitting commercial proposals.Gather market intelligence on the opportunities.Estimate partners' needs and goals.Be ready to learn, develop, and grow skills required for the job.Candidate QualificationsBachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.MBA in Marketing/Business Analytics is a plus.4 to 10 years of experience in a similar role with prior exposure to cyber security, networking, or server storage domain.Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and numeracy skills.Excellent sales and customer service skills.Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Strong commercial acumen and business understanding.
