The organization is dedicated to redefining the luxury wedding arena through innovative and elegant solutions.Role OverviewThe Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages. The role involves identifying potential exhibitors, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes to achieve assigned targets.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential exhibitors through research, cold calling, and networking.Achieve assigned sales targets for exhibition space and sponsorship sales.Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat participation and satisfaction.Prepare and present tailored proposals for exhibition packages and sponsorship opportunities.Negotiate and close contracts with exhibitors and sponsors.Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery of commitments.Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2–4 years of experience in exhibition/trade show sales or B2B sales.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Team player with proactive business development approach.Performance MetricsRevenue generated from exhibition space sales.Number of new exhibitors acquired.Retention rate of existing clients.Timely reporting and documentation.
