Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for the role of Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve targets. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, generating sales leads, implementing sales strategies, guiding and motivating team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The role includes monitoring sales performance and reporting key metrics to management while identifying opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and support the sales team effectively. Proven expertise in sales strategies, lead generation, and account management to achieve targets consistently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with negotiation and presentation abilities. Ability to analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and develop actionable insights to improve outcomes. Experience in the real estate industry or knowledge of the domain is highly desirable. Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems for tracking sales and customer communication. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
