About The Company
We are a budding home decor start-up, yet a leading one in the D2C space.
Two years ago, with a small team of 3 people from Indore, we launched our game-changing self-watering planters. We believed then, as we do now, that home decor should be both beautiful and hassle-free.
Our self-watering plants with planters were an instant hit. Customers loved the idea of watering their plants just once a week. It has made plant parenting a breeze. And with their continued support, we have become known for delivering top-notch products that combine style and function seamlessly.
Our goal is to shake up the home decor industry by offering innovative solutions. We promise quick delivery of live plants, stunning design, premium quality, and easy plant care.

Internship Details
Location: Indore (In Office internship)
Duration: 3 months. Candidate can be absorbed for the full-time role, if the performance is satisfactory.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct research on potential markets and locations for new retail outlets.
Analyze demographic, economic, and footfall data to identify high-potential areas.
Study customer behavior and preferences in the target regions.
Competitive Analysis:
Research and benchmark competitors in the retail space.
Observe competitor store layouts, product offerings, pricing strategies, and customer experience.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis.
Trend Observation:
Visit retail outlets to observe industry trends and innovations in store design, merchandising, and customer engagement.
Gather information on seasonal trends, emerging product categories, and market demands.
Benchmarking:
Compare existing retail standards to identify best practices in the industry.
Suggest ideas to incorporate innovative strategies in our retail operations.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and summaries of research findings.
Create a database of insights and contacts to support the retail expansion strategy.
Present findings to the leadership team with clear recommendations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of market research tools and techniques is a plus.
A keen interest in retail operations and strategy.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
