Job Title : BBS ESG COE Program Manager
Job Grade : Deputy General Manager
Role Purpose Statement:
This position – ESG Delivery Manager will shall be working within BBS and shall be engaging with the Business teams globally and enabling the ESG Disclosure and CSRD reporting for Bunge. As part of the execution of ESG reporting requirements to engage with Sustainability Team, ESG Controller, ESG KPI owners, BBS Sustainability Analytics team, Business Technology team. As part of the ESG excellence journey to enable People, Process and Technology transformation leading to better and more effective ESG reporting and business disclosures and thus enhance Bunge ESG ratings. The incumbent is expected to be an understanding of the various ESG standards and frameworks, defining sustainability KPIs, understand business requirements & processes and drive the ESG Program on a global scale through a ESG Governance structure.
Main Accountabilities:
As ESG Manager Act as Functional and Subject Matter Expert in the practice area of Sustainability, ESG, International Disclosure frameworks and Sustainability Standards e.g ESRS
Have worked in Climate Risk and opportunity assessment. Conducted Environment impact assessment
Have Technology background for using ESG Disclosure tool/ understanding the IT systems
Create Action plans along with ESG KPI owners and drive data capture to report readiness
Review and drive ESG Program action plan implementation
Conduct KPI level Data quality and governance check and validation
Design KPI level Data templates for data capture from data source to reporting across various frameworks and Disclosures
Continuously scan the Global ESG regulatory and voluntary disclosure landscape applicable to Bunge
Support the Environment team in Data Management and KPI reporting
Drive the responses and end to end program deliverable for various ESG frameworks
Facilitate ESG Data assurance
Drive capacity building workshops
Knowledge and Skills
Use knowledge of Bunge’s business, structure and strategy to develop innovative solutions to improve results or eliminate problems.
Build partnerships, appropriately influence to gain commitment, foster talent and coach others to grow in current or future roles..
Drive results through high standards, focus on key priorities, organization, and preparing others for change.
ESG (Environmental, social, Government), Sustainability and ESG Frameworks understanding
Ability to work in cross functional teams
Ability to drive discussions with all levels of management and establish clarity on requirements and deliverables
Identify and communicate risks in time and develop mitigation plans
Strong communications and presentation skills
Ability to make complex and detailed information clear and actionable
Effective articulation of varied information in a relatable manner to business audiences
Strong collaboration skills and integrity to hold self and others accountable to deliver against commitments Detailed knowledge and experience in Sustainability Reporting, ESG Program implementation
Experience or Professional Certifications in CSRD/GRI/SASB//TCFD/CDP/Ecovadis/DJSI
Education & Experience
Desired Education Qualification –Engineering and MBA 14 to 17 years of experience
Knowledge of Sustainability and ESG frameworks
