Role Purpose Statement:

This position – ESG Delivery Manager will shall be working within BBS and shall be engaging with the Business teams globally and enabling the ESG Disclosure and CSRD reporting for Bunge. As part of the execution of ESG reporting requirements to engage with Sustainability Team, ESG Controller, ESG KPI owners, BBS Sustainability Analytics team, Business Technology team. As part of the ESG excellence journey to enable People, Process and Technology transformation leading to better and more effective ESG reporting and business disclosures and thus enhance Bunge ESG ratings. The incumbent is expected to be an understanding of the various ESG standards and frameworks, defining sustainability KPIs, understand business requirements & processes and drive the ESG Program on a global scale through a ESG Governance structure.

Main Accountabilities:

As ESG Manager Act as Functional and Subject Matter Expert in the practice area of Sustainability, ESG, International Disclosure frameworks and Sustainability Standards e.g ESRSHave worked in Climate Risk and opportunity assessment. Conducted Environment impact assessmentHave Technology background for using ESG Disclosure tool/ understanding the IT systemsCreate Action plans along with ESG KPI owners and drive data capture to report readinessReview and drive ESG Program action plan implementationConduct KPI level Data quality and governance check and validationDesign KPI level Data templates for data capture from data source to reporting across various frameworks and DisclosuresContinuously scan the Global ESG regulatory and voluntary disclosure landscape applicable to BungeSupport the Environment team in Data Management and KPI reportingDrive the responses and end to end program deliverable for various ESG frameworksFacilitate ESG Data assuranceDrive capacity building workshops
