Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships within our Domestic Staffing division.This key role will involve acquiring and onboarding new clients, driving business development, supporting recruitment teams in timely talent delivery, leading and managing a team of recruiters/BD executives, generating leads via networking, references, and business channels, delivering sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.The successful candidate will have:A proven track record of success in Business Development within the Staffing/Recruitment industry with 5+ years of experience.Strong networking, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.Prior experience in client acquisition, talent acquisition coordination, and team handling.Excellent communication & presentation skills with a proven record of closing deals.Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and lead a team.Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and proactive in achieving business goals.
