As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic planning, academic excellence, and operational efficiency across all aspects of the category.Key Responsibilities:Category Strategy & Ownership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the NEET category, including planning academic calendars, learning journeys, and course structures. Establish pricing, packaging, and scaling strategies for NEET batches.Academic Leadership: Identify, hire, and manage NEET faculty (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) to maintain exceptional academic quality within the NEET ecosystem.Content Creation & Product Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality lectures, DPPs, mock tests, PYQ modules, and crash courses. Coordinate with design, video, and tech teams to deliver a seamless learning experience.Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations, class schedules, doubt solving, and planning.
