**Education**:B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry with B.Ed. (preferred)
**Level**:Secondary / Higher Secondary (Grade 9-12)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver clear and engaging Chemistry lessons
- Teach theoretical and practical concepts to students of secondary/higher secondary levels
- Design and assess assignments, tests, and lab experiments
- Maintain a positive learning environment and encourage student participation
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
- Integrate technology and innovative methods in teaching
- Collaborate with other faculty for curriculum planning and academic events
- Maintain discipline and ensure academic excellence in the classroom

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry (B.Ed. preferred)
- Prior teaching experience in a school or coaching institute
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Passion for science education and student development

**Preferred**:

- Experience in preparing students for board exams (CBSE/ICSE/State) or competitive exams (IIT-JEE/NEET)
- Familiarity with digital tools and smart classroom environments
